			Echo Chamber Saturday 19th March 10am-4pm SVA, Goods Shed, Stroud, GL5 3AP War… conscience… protest. How do we navigate all the stuff that’s happening today? Forgotten voices echo from an earlier time of turmoil, their struggles still resonate. History as you’ve not heard before. Artists Fiona Kam Meadley and Dominic Thomas invite you to help shape this sound installation in advance of a major exhibition in London later this year.

			Line Gallery presents Drawn Private view Friday 25th March 6-9pm 21st-27th March Fridays & Saturdays 10am-5pm Line Gallery, SVA, 4 John Street, Stroud, GL5 2HA www.linegallery.co.uk As part of Line Gallery’s drawing month, ‘Drawn’ will feature the curators Jessie James and Rosalie Darien Jones work. Both artists have studied drawing and use it as a medium in which to create artwork. Coming at the idea of mark making from two different angles this exhibition is a way in which to introduce the curators of the Line Gallery space.

			Line Gallery presents "The Holy Mountain" A pudding and film night Wednesday 23rd March, 7pm Line Gallery, SVA, 4 John Street, Stroud, GL5 2HA After you have finished dinner at home, come along to the SVA to watch The Holy Mountain and eat some pudding! These special fundraising events for the Line Gallery will take place twice a month. Tickets: £5 for film, pudding and coffee, £3 for film only, on the door

			Uplifter Saturday 26th March 9pm-3am SVA, 4 John Street, Stroud, GL5 2HA Heavyweight Reggae, Ska & Dub, Percussion & Visuals The Uplifter returns to SVA... Armed with more music (that I’m very excited to play out), more drums, more percussion and more of that atmosphere that only SVA/Uplifter combined together can create. 			Life Drawing Every Tuesday 7pm - 9pm SVA, 4 John Street, Stroud, GL5 2HA These are informal, untutored, drop-in classes available for all levels of students. Please bring all your own equipment. We have a good mixture of models, both female and male. £4 on the door

			Meanwhile residencies in empty shops Since 1997 SVA have used over 40 properties as temporary spaces for exhibitions and events, working with local property owners and property agents.

			Fungusloci Open for sales Saturdays 10.30-1.30pm or by appointment email:fungi@cscic.org Unit 23, Merrywalks, King Street, Stroud GL5 3DA Artist and permaculture practitioner Dominic Thomas has designed and built a sustainable urban micro-farm in which oyster mushrooms are cultivated on spent coffee grounds from local cafes. Fungusloci is a project of Sustainable Creativity CIC with the help of Stroud District Food Grants.
			The Weaving Shed 29 High Street, Stroud drop in or by appointment Sally Hampson, an artist and weaver, is back in SVA’S project space bringing Weaving workshops and events in the coming months. Sally Holditch and Tim Parry Williams will be guest weavers in the Weaving Shed during the summer.
