Wasteland Social Club

Following on from ‘Wasteland’ at SVA and it’s successful travels south to Penzance at the CAZ project space at The Exchange Gallery. Uta and Christy move on to present Wasteland in a slightly adjusted form to create an evening of social interaction, sonic indulgence with visual and performative art works that invite the audience to be part of the whole in an evening of events.

This is an experiment in which new works and collaborations may or may not happen. Don’t expect anything but keep an eye out, you’ll have to get a grip...

Wasteland Social Club will have every intention of making this a regular feature of the monthly programme at SVA, John Street. It’ll be an alternative club night focusing on readings, non-discript music in various forms, artist film, performance... it’s open ended. Full bar plus tea, toast and crumpets in a lounge environment.
